Dumping snow across multiple states a winter storm warning has been issued in the surrounding of Monroe counties a major snowstorm is expected to hit Rochester , with winds gusts up to 40 mph. and a possible 17 inches of snow on Monday, The weather could bring snow into North Carolina, Nashville, Memphis, Charlotte and Tennessee that’s potential a dangerous ice storm that would damage trees and cause disruptions throughout major travel so plan a safe road trip if you are IN THE SNOW STORM.
